Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted, there will be no revisions of any work or transfers to other sessions
of any kind once submitted, and deadlines will not be extended for any reason. Entries received or postmarked
after the deadline date will be denied, and no refund will be given. Entry deadline for all recorded materials is:
May 1st, 2010 with the exception of scholarship recipients from Music Festivals who have been granted an extension.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Upon completion of registration, participants should print a copy of this completed document to be used as an official RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION.
RECORDED SUBMISSIONS
Submitted materials must be clearly labeled with identification and mailed along with the accompanying Receipt of
Registration, which must be signed by the audition candidate or parent as applicable.
All submissions must have been completed within one year of the deadline for submissions date.
Entries must be durable enough to withstand handling and transportation. The structural integrity and durability of the entry is the sole responsibility of the participant. Submissions must be sent by Registered Mail and may be declared as “Material for audition entry, no commercial value” in order to avoid any custom fees.
All materials must be sent marked as SIGNATURE "NOT" REQUIRED.
All shipping charges and custom fees for material submissions sent are chargeable to the addresser/applicant.
All RECORDED AUDITION applicants must include supporting documentation of a “live” performance in a CD, DVD, VHS tape or audio cassette recording format with their entry materials.
All taped submissions must be cued to the beginning of the performance and if using an audio cassette recording, the tape must be cued to side “A”. |
