Altus Flutes Artist, Christopher Lee was a prizewinner in the AGIMUS International Competition “Premio Citta ‘di Padova” held in Italy in 2007. He is Associate Principal Flute of the Toronto Philharmonia, and holds a licentiate from Trinity College of Music, London, England. Chris has performed in Canada, the United States and Europe, including recitals at the British Embassy Church of St.George in Madrid, Spain and a special benefit concert for the Seville Opera House. In addition he has been heard on CBC Radio and television, recorded with the Royal Regiment of Canada, Les Six the woodwind sextet and more recently, with singer/songwriter, Michael Holt. In 2005 he released a solo disc for flute, harp and violin on the Manor House label. Upcoming engagements include dates in Toronto, the USA and England.
