Precious London is a vibrant and devoted Composer, Performer, Producer and Educator who has dedicated her life to Music and the Performing Arts. She has worked in an array of specialized areas and holds two Honors Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Toronto.
Miss London currently holds positions as Contemporary Vocal Music Head and Adjudicator, former Director of Dramatic Arts, and Director of the Academic Learning and Tutoring Centre of Arts Integra.
Miss London is also the Worship Director for the Intercultural Worship Centre in Ajax.
As co-founder of the former York Region Opera and Director of Dramatic Arts at Arts Integra in Markham, Precious brings a unique perspective to her teaching and adjudicating.
Miss London is in great demand as a gospel singer, participating in productions in both the television and recording industries. As member of the Toronto Mass Choir and as soloist, Precious has had the privileged to share her passion and ministry of gospel music abroad in the United States, Hungary, Romania, and the U.K.
Miss London’s musical experience had also given her the opportunity to have been the primary Songwriter for the young urban R&B trio t.o.y., creating the intricate vocal arrangements the group was recognized for. Performing in over 250 live shows spanning a decade had given her many wonderful opportunities to showcase her talents not only as a unique Composer, but also as a dynamic Performer.
Various independent musical projects within Canada feature Miss London as both soloist, recording artist, producer and collaborator including Gruvoria, a Funkdafied CD written and produced by Blair Purdy and available in HMV. She can also be heard on four other albums that she has co-produced, promoting independent projects for Mark M.I.N.D. |
