Arts Integra Centre for Music and the Arts was founded in 2000 in with the purpose of contributing to the cultural development of Canada through outstanding Arts performance-based programs designed to inspire and inform within the highest standards of excellence and artistic integrity.
Located in historic Unionville, in the heart of Markham, Ontario, a flourishing center of culture and the performing arts, just 25 minutes north of downtown Toronto and Lester B. Pearson International Airport, it is the perfect location to encourage highly gifted and trained young performers in their pursuit of artistry.
The Arts Integra International Summer programs are designed to offer young professional actors, singers, conductors, directors, collaborative pianists and teachers an affordable and outstanding stepping-stone training program to professional engagements in the Performing Arts.
The Summer Programs have been created by performers aimed at fulfilling a need for young emerging artists, giving them an opportunity to develop their craft, hone their skills and enhance their repertoire by learning new roles and by performing in professionally stages productions with exposure to Internationally renowned Master Teachers, Directors, Conductors, the Media and Artist Management Representatives.
We have assembled a highly qualified faculty and staff comprised of the finest credentialed and experienced performing artists and educators to work with our students, and are especially honoured to have been able to acquire several very highly profiled Internationally renowned Artists to join the Arts Integra Summer Faculty.
Selected Repertoire will be chosen from some of the most celebrated works ever written, culminating in professionally staged performances of Opera, Theatre, Music Theatre, Oratorio and Concert Recital.
